UPDATE: JUDGE MICHAEL HOGAN APPROVES PETITION IN CASE GJ-2025-1 (SEE ORDER HERE)

CLEAN UP CORRUPTION
Under Oklahoma law, citizens have the power to remove corrupt or negligent officials from office. There are eight legal grounds for removal—view them below.
[See 22 O.S. § 1181]
Our MISSION
In light of the severe and costly failures in leadership that have burdened Wagoner County citizens with millions in new taxes, our mission is to pursue the lawful removal of the Sheriff and the Prosecuting Attorney under Title 22 O.S. § 1181 and/or other applicable law, citing willful maladministration and neglect of duty. The citizens deserve accountability, transparency, and competent stewardship of public resources. As this inquiry advances, additional public officials may be reviewed under the same statute should evidence warrant their inclusion. This is not about politics — it's about restoring trust, enforcing the law, and protecting Oklahoma communities from the consequences of unchecked misconduct.
$13.5 MILLION MORE
IN TAXES WE MUST PAY
In the News: Wagoner County voters were forced to approve a new sales tax to cover a $13.5 million settlement—the largest jail death payout in Oklahoma history. The settlement stems from the death of Angela Liggans, a diabetic woman who allegedly died after being denied insulin at a county facility. Critics say failure in oversight directly led to her death. As a result, your sales tax has been raised for the next 12-15 years resulting in sales tax rates over 10% in parts of Wagoner County. Many are calling for removal of certain elected officials, saying it’s the only way to restore public trust.

WARNING: A historic wrongful death judgment is looming in the case of Jeffrey Krueger—another tragic death under Sheriff Elliott’s watch. If the County is forced to pay, property taxes could rise sharply for many years, on top of the new sales tax. This will cost every family in Wagoner County hundreds, even thousands of dollars.
